Yuki Hiratsuka

Yuki was born in July 1986.
During his years as a student at the University of Tokyo, he established a business with his friend, in creating and editing educational tools, and passed this business down to a junior of his after he graduated. He has worked on the Corporate Planning Team at Softbank, the Japanese Business Development Team at Hulu and the Post-Marger Integration Support Team at PwC Consulting LLC.
As a graduation trip, Yuki travelled the world as a back packer for the first time, visiting 20 countries. He has since visited a number of countries, such as Cuba, Russia and Morrocco, and has now visited roughly 40 countries. Yuki calls travelling his lifework. Based on his experience in Myanmar, he started up otomo Inc. in 2017, in the hope of making traveling an easier experience for everyone.

Tomoki Kitagawa

Tomoki was born in Kochi Prefecture in June, 1991.
Alongside his studies at Waseda University, he trained up his business skills, producing ideas for start-up businesses and working as a researcher for foreign owned consultancy businesses.
He joined PwC Consulting LLC as soon as he graduated, and persued his work in the field of business stratergy. He has trained up his skills and knowlegde in areas such as Overseas Market Entry Strategies and New Business Development Strategies.
He likes to travel domestically, and travels to Kyoto several times a year. With the hope of stimulating inbound tourism, by using the rich resources for tourism found in regional communities, Tomoki started up otomo Inc. with Yuki.

Akira Suenami

Akira was born in Oita Prefecture in May 1985. Graduated from Department of system innovation, the University of Tokyo.
After setting up a HR start up business targeted for new graduates as a student at Tokyo University, I established a Web deployment company, MERY Co. Ltd. (formerly Peroli Inc.), a curation platform MERY for women, and mi2zq Ltd. I have been involved in projects including business analysis, architecture design, design and development of marketing distribution platforms, development of curation media editors and design of server operation systems for restaurants. I was also in charge of setting a local development team in Vietnam for Peroli Inc. Utilizing my project development experience and Vietnam team development experience, I will help develop services that support global team building, and take on the role of Development Manager of otomo.
